TYPAR’s partnership with WS Building Material’s Denver Branch broadens TYPAR’s market presence in Colorado and supports regional growth through expanded distribution.
OLD HICKORY, Tenn. – TYPAR®, a Magnera brand and leading provider of high-performance building wrap, construction tape, flashing and accessories, has announced a new distribution partnership with WS Building Materials Denver Branch, expanding the reach of the TYPAR Weather Protection System across key U.S. markets. This strategic partnership brings TYPAR products into the Denver and larger Colorado market, representing a significant milestone in the growth of TYPAR’s distribution network.
WS Building Materials is formed from the legacy organizations of Weekes Forest Products and Snavely Forest Products, and a wholly owned subsidiary of MacArthur Company. Backed by a 100% employee-owned workforce and a nationwide network of 19 locations, WS Building Materials pairs industry-leading experience with regional expertise to create lasting value for customers and supplier partners.
“The Denver market represents a major opportunity for TYPAR, and we’re thrilled to have WS Building Materials as the partner to help us establish a strong presence there,” said Jake Phillips, sales director, TYPAR. “But this partnership is bigger than one market. WS Building Materials has the reach, the relationships and the customer-first culture that aligns perfectly with how TYPAR approaches the industry. We’re excited about what we can build together.”
“We’re excited to expand our partnership with TYPAR and bring their proven weather protection solutions to customers across this region,” said Scott Gardner, President of WS Building Materials. “TYPAR’s reputation for quality and innovation aligns well with our commitment to delivering trusted products and strong supplier partnerships that help our customers grow.”
The partnership is a strategic move westward for TYPAR as the brand continues to grow its national distribution footprint. Builders and contractors in the Denver market and at select WS Building Materials locations can now access TYPAR’s full portfolio of building envelope solutions—including TYPAR building wraps, flashings, construction tape and accessories—all backed by the only Lifetime Limited System Warranty in the industry covering both materials and labor.
