Whether seaming sheathing boards, flashing windows and doors, sealing wall penetrations, finishing the bottom of walls or serving as joist tape in decking applications, TYPAR F.A.S.T. handles it all. Its advanced acrylic adhesive grabs aggressively, performs over a wider temperature range than butyl alternatives and delivers an unmatched 12 months of UV resistance, making it the smarter, more durable choice for projects of every size and scope.

“Now more than ever, TYPAR delivers speed, versatility and value in superior weather protection,” said Vipul Padman, Senior Product Line Manager - TYPAR. “TYPAR F.A.S.T. is engineered with performance in mind while giving builders and contractors a more cost-effective option they can trust across multiple applications. It’s a genuine upgrade and a no-brainer switch.”

No liner, less waste

TYPAR F.A.S.T. is the company’s first flashing product offered without a release liner. Its easy-pull, self-wound rolls come in 3", 4", and 6" widths, eliminating extra steps and reducing jobsite waste. The result is a product that keeps crews moving and projects on schedule, without sacrificing performance. Linered options are also available for pros who prefer them, in 4”, 6”, 9”, and 12” widths.
